摘　　要：生态足迹是生态安全评价的一种生态学方法,环境库兹涅茨曲线从经济学角度反映经济发展与资源环境的发展规律,通过万元GDP生态足迹将其两者进行综合分析,以甘肃为例分析中国西北部地区的生态安全情况。结果表明2001-2010年甘肃人均生态足迹由1.89hm2增长到2.90hm2,远远超出了生态承载力,甘肃的环境处于不安全状态。但万元GDP生态足迹随人均GDP的增加而减小,由2001年的4.537公顷/万元降低到2010年的1.805公顷/万元,降低了60%,说明甘肃的资源利用效率不断提高。中国西北部地区面对经济发展资源环境呈现的倒U型的发展规律,应建立起资源、环境和可持续发展的预警机制,即驱动力→资源环境压力→环境质量→响应,简称为DPER机制,从源头上改善生态安全的严峻形势。The ecological footprint is an ecological method of ecological security assessment,environmental Kuznets curve reflects the law of development of the economic development and resources and environment from an economic point of view.With the ecological footprint of ten thousand yuan GDP,both of them can give the situation of ecological security of China's northwestern region a comprehensive analysis as Gansu for example.The results show that the per capita ecological footprint of Gansu province grew from 1.89 hm2 to 2.90 hm2 from 2001 to 2010,far beyond the ecological carrying capacity,Gansu environment is in a state of insecurity.However,with the increasing of per capita GDP,the ecological footprint of ten thousand yuan GDP decreased from 4.537 hm2 per ten thousand yuan in 2001 to 1.805 hm2 per ten thousand yuan in 2010 with a 60% reduction,indicating that the resource utilization efficiency in Gansu province was continuously improving.In the face of 'U' development law with the economic development and resource and the environment,the northwestern region of China should establish the early warning mechanism of the resources,environment and sustainable development which is the DPER mechanism(driving forces→press→environmental quality→response) to improve the grim ecological security situation from the source.
