摘　　要：在土地整理后效益评价内涵基础上,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,建立土地整理绩效评价体系,并通过实例进行实证分析。评价结果表明,对于土地整理绩效评价的综合效益,建立的综合评价体系可量化土地整理的效益水平,具有较强的操作性和实用性,可以为综合效益评价提供参考借鉴,同时建议建立完善当前的土地整理后效益管理体系,保证项目实施后达到预期目标。In this paper,based on the connotation of land consolidation benefit evaluation,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the paper establishes land consolidation performance evaluation system. The evaluation results show that for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land consolidation,establishing comprehensive evaluation system can measure the benefit level of land consolidation,is operational and practical,and can provide reference for comprehensive benefit evaluation. At the same time,the paper suggests to establish and perfect the current land consolidation benefits management system,ensure that the implementation of the project can achieve the desired objectives.
