摘 要:常规的掺MgO膨胀混凝土的温度应力分析方法是把混凝土当作均质材料,将只在砂浆中所产生的微膨胀作用看成是整体材料的膨胀效应.事实上掺MgO膨胀剂使得混凝土材料密实性得到提高.本文利用有限元仿真技术,在细观层次上计算MgO微膨胀混凝土的膨胀作用及其相应的温度应力,区分砂浆与骨料膨胀的差别,探索外掺MgO混凝土膨胀机理.计算结果发现,通常的计算方法只能解释在强约束区MgO的合理结果,而在弱约束区则不能得到合理的结果.The conventional mixed MgO concrete temperature stress method take the concrete as a homogeneous material.The role of expansion will only be generated in the mortar replaced the effect of the expansion of the material as a whole.In fact the effect of mixed MgO expansive improved compactness of oncrete materials.In this paper,the mesoscopic level with MgO expansion of concrete expansion and its corresponding temperature stress were analysized by finite element simulation technology.Expansion mechanism of MgO concrete was discovered with distinguishing the difference between mortar and aggregate expansion.The results shows that the usual calculation method can only be interpreted in the the strong constraint zone of MgO reasonable results,weak constraint can not get a reasonable result.
