水平井筛管完井条件下内定向射孔技术应用

摘　　要：水平井完井在正常情况下,通过诱喷工艺直接进行试采.但是,在完井全过程中,由于工程和地质上原因达不到筛管完井效果.CHHW**井钻井完井后,垂直井段固井时,因封堵工具失封,水平段割缝筛管全部被水泥封固;M**井在钻井过程由于钻井污染,采用筛管完井后无产液输出,由于是微缝筛管,无法实施酸化压裂.论文介绍了以上2口水平井采用内定向射孔成功做法:阐述了根据水平段不同筛管完井条件,通过地面模拟试验,采用正确的射孔工艺,完成射孔施工方案设计,实施现场射孔完井作业.CHHW**井射孔后平均日产原油60多吨;M**井射孔后平均日产液量48m3.达到了射孔完井效果的目的.为国内外在类似完井条件下实施射孔作业提供借鉴.In general,horizontal well completion is directly tested by the technique of induced flow.However,because of the reasons of engineering and geology,the completion well cannot achieve the ideal effect of screen liner.Due to the capping tools losing of seal,horizontal slotted screen could all be cemented when reinforcing vertical well of CHHW**completion well.Using screen completion,no produced fluid had been poured out of M**completion well owing to the drilling contamination.But on account of the Micro seam screen,the well could not been acidized and fractured.This paper introduces the interior oriented perforation technology,which has been successfully applied in the two horizontal wells mentioned above.Meanwhile,according to the condition of different quality level screen completion condition,the perforating construction scheme design and the perforation construction operations,tested through the ground simulation,have been executed by appropriate perforation completion technique.Using this directional perforation,the daily crude oil,which extracted through the perforated CHHW**well and M**well,rose to 60tons and 48tons,respectively.
