摘　　要：佛山东平广场大型城市综合体项目是一栋大底盘多塔楼建筑,建筑总高度为268.0m,为框架-核心筒及框支剪力墙结构,属超限复杂高层建筑。本文从结构体系、地基基础、结构设计计算要点及针对工程的特点所采取的抗震加强措施出发,介绍本工程的结构分析与设计过程。The urban comprehensive complex project of Dongping Plaza in Foshan,is the characteristic with multi tower structure with enlarged base,the height is about 268m,with the structure of core tube and shear wall,is a kind of complex tall building beyond code limits. Based on the structure system,foundation,key point in calculating construction design and earthquake resistance capacity,this paper discusses the construction analysis and design process.
