摘　　要：当前,我国的历史文化名镇保护规划已经形成了较为成熟的技术路径及编制方法,从对现状历史文化价值的评估入手,划定城镇保护范围,制定保护原则和保护措施,并对文物保护单位及重要的历史建筑进行重点保护规划。但是,在整个保护规划的编制过程中,往往对历史文化遗产完整性保护规划的重视不够。研究试图以浙江省平阳县腾蛟省级历史文化名镇保护规划为例,通过分析,提出对自然山水格局、传统历史文化空间格局和整体历史风貌的完整性进行保护,以充分体现文化遗产完整性保护的思想。At present, China's famous historical and cultural town planning has the proven technique and compilation method. The methods starts with the evaluation of historic and cultural value, delimits the scope of protection, formulates the protective principle and safeguard procedures, and makes the special protect to the culture relic protection site or building. But the plan usual ignores the attention to the integrity protection. The paper takes Tengjiao, Zhejiang province example; protect the integrity of nature, culture, and landscape, emphasize the integrity protection thought.
