摘　　要：近年来,重庆市根据主城区城市定位提升和城市发展的需要组织开展了大量城市重点区域城市设计国际方案征集。其中,小南海片区城市设计征集形成了较为成熟的完整流程,取得设计费用和效率最优化、设计目标精准化和城市设计平台作用最大化的经验,同时也存在体系性思路的差异和上位规划条件灵活度把握不足等问题,其经验可为相关工作提供参考和借鉴。In recent years, Chongqing has collected lots of design schemes about urban important districts under the needy of city orientation improve and development. Scheme collection of urban design in Xiaonanhai district has a well program and the experience in optimization of cost and efficiency, the precision of design objective, and maximize of design platform function. Thus, it still has the problems in system think and plan condition.
