高学历青年流动人口居住情况与需求特征研究

摘　　要：随着高校的扩招,来自农村和异地的外籍高校毕业生已逐渐成为流动人口中农民工群体以外的第二大主流人群,这部分人群的住房问题到目前还未受到广泛关注。研究以重庆、北京、上海和天津4个直辖市为研究区域,以外来高学历流动人口为研究对象,采取定性与定量分析相结合的研究方法,运用问卷调查、邮件访问等方法收集数据,应用SPSS软件对数据进行分析,获得对高学历流动人口住房状况与需求特征的清晰认识,提出解决高学历流动人口住房问题的相关建议。Over the past years, universities and colleges have significantly increased their enrollment. As a result, the fresh non-local graduates, originally from rural and remote areas, have become the second largest group, right after the farmer worker group, in demanding urban housing. However, their demand has received scant attention. This paper aims to derive a clear understanding of this group of fresh non-local university graduates and their housing demand. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was adopted. Research data was collected through emails and questionnaires. The data was further analyzed by using SPSS, followed by some suggestions for solving housing problems of this group.
