历史地段景观协调控制及规划思考——原中央大学历史风貌区的实践与探索

摘　　要：以视觉体验为切入点,强调历史地段的景观协调与视线控制。建立"把城市作为景观"观念,体味建设者呼应城市景观的意匠。运用视线原理,进行三维的规划分析与控制。最终通过视线三角锥原理、剖面原理进行平面叠加,落实规划管理所需的二维高度分区与建设控制线,以完善对历史城市景观的展示与利用。Using visual experience as the starting point, this paper emphasizes landscape harmonization and visual control within the historic city. The study is based on the concept of 'city as landscape' and reveals the designers' endeavor to reflect the urban landscape in their work. Using visual line principle, it conducts 3D planning analysis and control. Finally it overlaps planning parameters such as 2D height zoning division and construction control boundary to the site by using triangular pyramid principle and secton principle, in order to better display and use historic landscape.
