摘　　要：以某岭南传统民居更新改造项目为分析对象,将建筑性能模拟引入到改造设计的过程中来,作为优化建筑改造方案的重要辅助工具,以期通过这样的研究方法来挖掘传统建筑中的被动式设计智慧及探索传统建筑有效再利用的最佳设计方法。传统建筑的更新改造涉及内容较多,碍于篇幅限制,文章重点论述的是既有场地内新建筑设计的方案推敲及相关结论。This paper introduces building performance simulation into a regeneration project of Lingnan traditional vernacular dwellings as a significant analysis tool to optimize architecture design. Through this research method, the wisdom of traditional buildings' passive design will be explored and the optimal strategy of re-utilization will be discussed. There are many aspects included in a regeneration project, restrained by the length of this article here it only presents the process of simulation and relevant conclusions for the new building of existing site.
