摘 要:目的评价山东省中学生重点传染病知识、行为干预的效果,为进一步在中学开展传染病干预工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样法,在山东省泰安市和莱芜市的2个区的8所学校抽取1,200名初一和高一学生进行基线调查。然后,以班级为单位随机分成干预组和对照组,对干预组进行半年的综合干预,最后进行效果调查,分析干预效果。结果干预前,干预组和对照组3类传染病知识的总知晓率为52.8%和51.4%,干预后,干预组提高到78.6%,干预组各种健康行为形成率也均较干预前提高。结论中学生重点传染病知识、行为干预效果显著,但健康行为形成率提高程度不如知识水平提高明显。今后,应重视传染病防治教育过程中知、信、行的统一。Objective To evaluate the effects of the intervening measures carried out for raising the knowledge of the middle school students about some important infectious diseases and for improving their relevant behaviors.Methods By Multi-stage cluster sampling,1,200 grade one students was selected for the baseline survey from 8 secondary schools and high schools in Tai'an and Laiwu of Shandong.All the students were divided into the intervening group and the control group randomly.The students in the intervening group took part in some kinds of intervening activities for 6 months.Then the intervening effects were investigated and analyzed.Results The total knowledge rates of the 2 groups of students about 3 kinds of infectious diseases were 52.8% and 51.4% before intervening and later the knowledge rate became 78.6% of the intervening group students.The health behavior formation rate increased as well of the intervening group students.Conclusion Aiming at middle school students for increasing their knowledge and health behavior about key infectious diseases prevention,the comprehensive intervening measures were effective,but the related behavior formation rate was not so much evidently increasing.More studies need to be done in order to unify the students' knowledge,attitude,and practice about infectious disease prevention.
