淮安市常住居民慢性病预防素养状况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解淮安市常住居民的慢性病预防素养水平分布状况,并探索其影响因素,为制定健康教育干预策略和措施提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,对淮安市15岁～69岁的3,480名常住居民进行问卷调查。所得资料进行χ2检验和Logistic回归分析。结果 3,480位调查对象中,具备慢性病预防素养水平的人数为230人,具备率为6.6%。单因素分析显示,城乡、性别、不同年龄组、不同文化程度、家庭年收入高低都影响其慢性病预防素养水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,相对于不识字或识字很少,小学、初中、高中/职高/中专和大专/本科及以上对慢性病预防素养影响的OR值分别为3.315、3.883、6.631和11.269,都是慢性病预防素养的促进(危险)因素。结论淮安市15岁～69岁常住居民慢性病预防素养水平的具备率较低。应加强健康教育干预和监测研究,制定有效的对策和措施,促进居民慢性病预防素养水平的全面提高。Objective To learn the literacy level of chronic diseases among residents in Huai'an City and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for formulating health education intervention strategies.Methods With stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling,3,480 residents of 15 to 69 years old were selected and investigated with questionnaires.The data were analyzed with χ2test and logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 230 residents had the literacy level of chronic diseases,accounting for 6.6%.The univariate analysis indicated that significant difference existed in the literacy level of chronic diseases between sexes,different age groups and education levels,and different family incomes(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the OR value was 3.315,3.883,6.631 and 11.269 respectively for primary school,junior high school,senior high school,college and above.These were the influencing factors of literacy level of chronic diseases.Conclusion The average literacy level of chronic diseases is relatively low for the residents of 15 to 69 years old.It is suggested that health education and monitoring study be strengthened so as to promote the literacy level of chronic diseases.
