摘　　要：从投入产出的角度构建了区域技术转移效率评价体系,运用DEA方法对我国30个省(直辖市、自治区)的技术转移效率进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)不同省区技术转移效率差异较大,且从技术市场视角看这些省区中输出技术与吸纳技术省区呈"1:1"的结构特征;(2)60%以上的省区在技术转移投入产出规模方面存在改善空间;(3)投入产出结构不合理是导致13个省区技术效率偏低的根本原因,且投影分析表明它们的投入平均改进幅度可达27.46%,产出平均改进幅度达到17.99%。Based on the current situation of Chinese regional technology transfer,and from the perspective of input- output,this paper constructs a regional technology transfer efficiency evaluation system. Combined with the input- output data of regional technology transfer of 30 provinces,the empirical analysis was conducted using the DEA method. Results show that,firstly,the technology transfer efficiency vary in different provinces,and from the perspective of technology market in these provinces,the technology of output and absorbed show a'1: 1'structure. Secondly,there are more than sixty percent of provinces and regions need to improve in the aspect of input- output scale of technology transfer. Finally,the unreasonable structure of input- output leads to the low efficiency of technology transfer in the 13 provinces and regions,and the projection analysis shows that the average improvement of investment can reach as much as 27. 46%,the output of the average improvement can also reach about 17. 99%.
