摘　　要：产业技术创新战略联盟是提升国家自主创新能力的重要途径,对联盟进行创新绩效评价是保证联盟健康发展的有效手段。本文从分析产业技术创新战略联盟与产学研联盟和战略联盟的异同点出发,总结了产业技术创新战略联盟的特点,构建适用于产业技术创新战略联盟的创新绩效评价指标体系。The industry technology innovation strategic alliance is an important way to enhance the national independent innovation capacity,the innovation performance evaluation of the alliance is an effective means to ensure its healthy development. On the basis of analysis of similarities and differences among industrial technology innovation strategic alliance,industry- university research alliances and strategic alliances,sum up the characteristics of industry technology innovation strategic alliance,built up an index system especially for this new type of alliance.
