摘　　要：论文基于云计算的思想,结合大型科技(工程)项目异构组织知识的特征,采用图论等研究方法,研究了大型科技(工程)项目实施过程中的异构组织利益相关者[项目甲方、乙方(设计方、施工方、供应商等),丙方,以及政府等相关异构组织]的知识需求,研究了异构组织知识的发现与发布机制,建立了大型科技(工程)项目异构组织复杂网络,构建了基于域和复杂网络理论的大型科技(工程)项目异构组织知识集成云计算网络空间战略联盟体系结构。Based on cloud computing and combined with the characteristics of knowledge in extra large- scale science and technology( engineering) project heterogeneous organization under complex and dynamic environment,this article adopts the research methods like graph theory to do research and analysis on the knowledge needs of corresponding stakeholders during the project implementation process( corresponding heterogeneous organizations like Party A,Party B( designer,constructer,suppliers,etc), Party C,and governments etc.). Knowledge finding and distributing mechanism for heterogeneous organization is provided and complex network for extra- large science and technology( engineering) project heterogeneous organization is established. Moreover,region and complex network theory based on cloud computing network space strategic alliance architecture for knowledge management of extra large- scale science and technology( engineering) project heterogeneous organization under complex and dynamic environment is established.
