摘　　要：可交互电子技术文档(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual,IETM)逐渐成航空发动机、飞机、船舶等复杂产品维护、维修与检测(MRO)的关键工艺文档,装配(包括组装与拆卸)是复杂产品制造与维护的重要工艺步骤。提出了面向装配的IETM(Interactive Electronic Assembly Manual,IEATM)的概念,介绍了其主要功能;给出了复杂产品集成装配建模方法;讨论了基于复杂产品装配规划实现产品自动装配仿真以及输出可标记视频文件的方法;阐述了IEATM转换算法及其具体实现,支持中性格式的、完备的与安全的IEATM文档发布,最后介绍了用于编制和发布IEATM的装配仿真系统。Interactive electronic technical manual(IETM) gradually becomes key process document of maintenance,repair and overhaul(MRO) of complex product including aero-engine,aircraft and ship craft etc.Assembly,which contains fitting and dismantling,is an essential part of manufacturing and maintenance of complex products.An interactive electronic assembly manual(IEATM) is proposed here.Its concept and functions are introduced firstly.Then an integrated complex product assembly model is presented.Automatic assembly stimulation is implemented based on complex product assembly planning and stimulation video file with marks can be generated.IEATM conversion algorithm and implementations are discussed to support neutral,perfect and reliable IEATM distribution.Finally,an assembly stimulation system is described.
