摘　　要：以B2C电子商务平台的实际需求为出发点,结合现行的电子商务的发展模式,给出B2C电子商务平台所应具有的功能。给出了主要功能模块的核心处理流程及时序图,并借鉴现有的先进信息系统的开发经验对各功能模块的进行了开发与实现。通过该平台的实际应用,不仅为商家更好的进行营销提供了依据和参考,而且对整个行业的信息化管理水平具有十分重要的意义。The functions that B2C e-commerce platform should have were given,which based on the actual needs of B2C e-commerce platform as a starting point,combining with the current development model of e-commerce.The core processing and the time sequence diagram of the main function modules were given.The development and implementation of each function module was carried on,which draw lessons from the existing advanced information system development experience.Through the practical application of the platform,not only the businesses can get better marketing provides basis and reference,but also has great significance to the entire industry's information management level.
