摘　　要：MACSⅤ是某公司在原有MACS和Smartpro系统的基础上开发的综合控制系统。根据瓶片生产的技术要求,采用某公司开发的MACSⅤDCS控制系统以满足生产装置的控制要求。通过对DCS控制系统应用设计,最终实现了MACSⅤDCS系统在瓶片(SSP)生产过程中的应用。该控制系统稳定可靠、控制精度高。在提高生产装置自动化水平的同时,使瓶片产品质量提高,生产成本大幅降低。MACS Ⅴ is a new developed integrated control system based on HOLLiAS ‘s MACS and Smartpro system.Based on the technical requirements for production of SSP,through careful analysis on control strategy and design of control system,this paper realizes the applications of HOLLiAS DCS System-MACSⅤ during the producing progress of the SSP.The control system is stable and reliable,high control precision,high level of automation.,products of high quality,the production cost are greatly reduced.
