摘  要:文章研究了适于微裂隙堵水用的丙烯酸盐注浆材料,并对其基本性能进行了实验研究,实验结果表明,注浆材料粘度低于3×10-3Pa.s;注浆材料凝胶时间随主剂浓度增加而缩短,且A-Ca反应体系的凝胶时间比A-Mg反应体系长,并随主剂浓度增加,两体系凝胶时间差距减小;主剂配比在1左右,浆材凝胶时间最长;凝胶时间在3~15min之间可控;浆材固砂体单轴抗压强度在1MPa以下。该研究成果成功用于国投新集杨村煤矿风井地面预注浆堵水。The paper had a study on the acrylate grouting material suitable for the water sealing of the microcrack.An experiment study was conducted on the basic performances of the grouting material.The experiment results showed that the viscosity of the grouting material was below 3×10-3Pa·s,the setting time of the grouting material would be reduced with the concentration of the main agent increased.The setting time of the A-Ca reaction system was longer than the A-Mg reaction system and with the concentration of the main agent increased,the difference of the setting time between the two systems would be reduced.The mixing ratio of the main agent was about 1 and the setting time of the grouting material would be the longest.The setting time could be controlled within 3 ~ 15 min.The uniaxial compressive strength of the solid sand in the grouting material was below 1MPa.The study achievements were successfully applied to the surface pre-grouting of the mine ventilation shaft of Yangcun Mine,SDIC Xinji Energy.
