摘 要:针对高冲击加速度发射环境引起的准直透镜塑性变形对激光引信远场光束质量的影响,该文提出一种新型激光发射系统缓冲结构。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别建立传统激光发射系统和新型激光发射系统数学模型,对发射准直透镜塑性变形进行动力学仿真;应用ZEMAX光学软件对冲击前后发射光路进行光学仿真。空气炮冲击实验结果表明,经70 000 g冲击加速度作用后,与传统发射系统相比,新型缓冲系统有效减小了发射准直透镜的塑性变形,提高了发射光束远场光斑质量,减小了激光束能量发散,提高了常规武器激光引信发射光学系统的抗高过载性能。In view of that the high impact acceleration emission overload can cause the plastic deformation of the collimation len and lower the quality of the laser fuze far-field beam,a new laser transmission buffer system is presented here.The mathematical models for the traditional buffer system and the new buffer system are established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the dynamics of the plastic deformation of the emission collimation lens is simulated.The optical simulation of the emission light path before and after impacting is carried out by the optical software ZEMAX.The experimental results of the air gun impact show that,compared with the traditional system,the new transmission buffer system reduces the plastic deformation of the emission collimation lens after 70000 g shock acceleration,increases the far-field beam quality of emission beam,lowers the energy divergence of the laser beam,and increases the anti-overload ability of the emission optical system of conventional laser fuze weapons.
