摘  要:为了优化系统性能、减少制冷剂充注量,在详细分析直膨式太阳能热泵热水器制冷剂状态分布的基础上,利用已有系统数学模型对系统中制冷剂分布和迁移特性进行了模拟分析。分别计算了水箱水温、制冷剂充注量、压缩机转速、太阳辐射强度及环境温度对系统制冷剂分布的影响。结果表明,系统制冷剂主要分布在冷凝器和集热器中,两者总和占总充注量的70%~80%;当系统各参数变化时,制冷剂主要在冷凝器和集热器之间发生迁移并重新分布,压缩机和管道中制冷剂量无较大变化。缩小两器体积可有效减少制冷剂充注量,提高系统性能。To optimize the system performance and reduce the refrigerant charge,the refrigerant conditions of the direct-expansion solar-assisted heat pump water heater(DX-SAHPWH) system are analyzed.Simulation program of the system is coded based on the main components and refrigerant charge mathematical models.Comparisons between the simulation results and experimental measurements show that the model is suitable for predicting the system.Based on calculated results,effects of the water temperature,the refrigerant charge,the compressor motor speed,the solar radiation and the environmental temperature on the refrigerant distribution and migration are obtained.The results show that the 70%~80% refrigerant charge of DX-SAHPWH mostly exists in the condenser and the collector.When system parameters change,the refrigerant redistributes mainly between the condenser and the collector.And the refrigerant mass charge in the compressor and pipes varies slightly.Smaller sizes of condensers and collectors can effectively reduce the refrigerant charge and optimize system performance.
