摘 要:产酶溶杆菌(Lysobacter enzymogenes)属于黄单胞科,革兰氏阴性,对农作物的多种病原真菌具有拮抗作用,可以用于生物防治。热稳定抗真菌因子(Heat Stable Antifungal Factor,简称:HSAF)是产酶溶杆菌的次级代谢产物。HSAF能够抑制多种卵菌和真菌,抑制附着孢的形成和孢子萌发,有效地改变真菌形态,包括扰乱菌丝分化和诱导细胞壁增厚异常,从而有望成为新一代杀菌剂或抗真菌药物。本文综述了HSAF的来源、化学结构特点、活性作用机理及其生物防治应用研究进展。Lysobacter enzymogenes is a biological control agent against multiple fungal pathogens .Heat-stable antifungal factor ( HSAF ) is a secondary metabolite produced by the bacterium L.enzymogene strain C3 .It has striking effects on fungal morphology including the disruption of hyphal polarity and induction of aberrant cell wall thickening .In addition , HSAF inhibits conidial germination and appressorium formation .HSAF exhibits an unprecedented mode of action as an antifungal metabolite , which could lead to the development of novel fungicides or antifungal drugs .In this paper ,the origin and structure of HSAF , bioactivity mechanism and its roles in the biocontrol of phytopathogens are summarized .
