摘  要:差压蒸馏是酒精蒸馏技术的一大进步,能有效实现节能减排并减少环境污染。本文从普通酒精由单塔常压蒸馏到两塔进料三塔差压蒸馏,高质量酒精由多塔蒸馏到多塔差压蒸馏,阐述了差压蒸馏与常压蒸馏相比节省蒸汽55%~62%,减排糟液1~2.5 t/t酒精;多塔差压蒸馏相比多塔常压蒸馏减排废液约3.6 t/t酒精。Differential pressure distillation is a major advance of alcohol distillation technology ,which can effectively achieve the energy conservation and emission reduction and reduce environmental pollution . Through research on ordianry alcohol from single-tower atmospheric distillation to three-tower differential pressure distillation of two-tower feeding and high-quality alcohol from multi-tower distillation to multi-tower differential pressure distillation , the paper illustrates that , compared with atmospheric distillation , differential pressure distillation can save steam about 55%~62% and reduce distillage emissions about 1~2.5 t/t alcohol.Compared with multi-tower atmospheric distillation,multi-tower differential pressure distillation can reduce waste liquid about 3.6 t/t alcohol.
