社会保障与收入分配的关系的研究

摘　　要：社会保障是进行收入再分配的主要手段之一,本文通过对社会保障与收入分配关系分析发现,我国由于社会保障制度"二元化""碎片化"等的特征,虽然对全体居民收入分配差距起到缩小作用,但在很多层次具有逆向分配的作用。针对社会保障的逆向分配作用,为我国社会保障的改革提出纠正偏差的建议。Social security is one of important means of income redistribution and pension and medical insurance are the main component of the social security.In this paper the empirical analysis researches the role of income redistribution which pension and medical insurance play by using the panel data.Conclusion is that the pension has adverse effects on income distribution while the distribution function of medical insurance was not significant.In order to adjust the reverse distribution effect of social security,some recommendations are proposed to correct the bias for the reform of social security in China.
