摘　　要：高校档案与校园文化二者相互交融,密不可分。本文从高校档案工作视角,利用档案编研工作和丰富馆藏内容,优化档案结构两方面来促进校园文化的建设,为师生创建出更丰富的校园文化。University Archives and campus culture are inseparable.This article from the perspective of university archives work,using the archives compilation and enrich the content,optimize the file structure,strengthen archives publicity in three areas to promote the construction of campus culture,to create more rich campus culture for teachers and students.
