溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死超急性期伴有严重室性心律失常的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨溶栓疗法用于急性心肌梗死超急性期严重室性心律失常的的疗效。方法　对 7例发生超急性期严重室性心律失常 ,常规抗心律失常治疗无效的急性心肌梗死患者进行了溶栓治疗。结果　伴随临床再通迹象的出现 ,患者原有严重室性心律失常迅速消失。结论　溶栓疗法对控制急性心肌梗死超急性期心律失常十分有效。同时 ,进行心肺复苏术的患者 ,若不伴有严重组织损伤 。Objective To discuss the curative effect of thrombolysis treatment for AMI patient accompanied with super acute severe arrhythmia. Methods 7 cases of such patient were treated with thrombolysis under the non-effect for routine anti-arrhythmia drugs .Results The severe arrhythmia disappeared accompanied with the blood vessel recanalization .Conclusion The thombolysis treatment could control the super acute severe arrhythmia effectively .The patient who need cardiopulmonary resuscitation could use this method with safe and available without severe tissue injury .
