摘 要:为探明催花牡丹复壮栽培后植株生长状况,采用Li-6400光合作用分析仪对盆栽的4个常见春节催花牡丹品种催花复壮后的光合特性进行比较研究。结果表明:在春季自然花期,4个牡丹品种净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在11:00左右,峰值最高的银红巧对比峰值最低的紫二乔高出44.39%;4个品种引起Pn降低的原因不完全相同,乌龙捧盛和百园红霞Pn降低的主要原因是气孔因素,紫二乔和银红巧对Pn降低则是气孔因素和非气孔因素共同作用的结果;4个品种的光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)、表观量子效率(AQY)品种间差异显著,紫二乔表观量子效率(AQY)为0.020 3,显著低于其他3个品种,能更好地利用弱光。Photosynthetic characteristics of four rejuvenation-grown tree peony were studied comparatived with the LI-6400 portable photosynthetic analysis system before flower blossom .The result were as follows:Diurnal varia-tion of net photosynthetic rate ( Pn) in leaves of the four cultivars appeared a single-peak curve which occurring at a-bout 11:00,and Paeonia suffruticosa Zierqiao has a lower Pn than Paeonia suffruticosa Yinhongqiaodui ,which Pn was 10.52 μmol/(m2· s).There were different reasons for the decrease of four cultivars ,Pn:the main reason for Paeonia suffruticosa Wulongpengsheng and Paeonia suffruticosa Baiyuanhongxia was stomatal factor ,while a combi-nation of stomatal and non-stomatal factors caused the decrease of Pn in Paeonia suffruticosa Zierqiao and tree peony Paeonia suffruticosa Yinhongqiaodui.There was a significant difference in light saturation point (LSP),light com-pensation point(LCP)and appaent quantum yield(AQY) of the four cultivars.With the highest LSP and LCP,tree peony Zierqiao was 0 .020 3 mol/mol in AQY which was significantly lower than others ,showing a better adaptation to the weak light .
