摘　　要：校友工作在高校发展中具有十分重要的文化价值,有助于高校丰富校园文化的内涵、凝聚与激励校友、传承学校精神、扩大学校影响、提升办学软实力。目前高校校友工作在创建特色校园文化中的作用发挥不足,必须进一步挖掘校友工作的文化内涵与价值,确立校友文化在校园文化中的战略地位,明确校友文化建设的战略目标,系统规划并建设浓厚的校友文化氛围。Alumni work plays an important role in the university cultural development,which helps colleges and universities enrich the connotation of campus culture by integrating and stimulating the alumni to inherit the school spirit,expand the school influence and enhance the school soft power.Nowadays,the university alumni work does not make a full play in the construction of the campus culture,thus it is necessary to find out its cultural connotation and values,establishing its strategic position in the campus culture,making a clear strategic goal by developing a systematic alumni culture on the campus.
