摘 要:为获得较大破孔直径、较深穿深的杆状射流,提出了聚能90°锥角锥形装药设计方案。运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元分析软件,采用ALE流-固耦合算法,对钼药型罩锥形装药在不同炸药、不同起爆方式、不同壁厚下的射流成型及侵彻过程进行了数值模拟,并对计算结果进行了分析,最后用X光实验和侵彻实验对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明,用钼药型罩形成杆状射流是增大入射孔径、提高破甲威力的途径之一。炸药性能、起爆方式和不同药型罩壁厚对杆流性能有较大影响,直接关系到对目标靶的侵彻能力。A design scheme for 90°-taper-shaped charges is proposed to obtain rod-like jets,by which can achieve the penetration effect with larger hole diameter and higher hole depth.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,an ALE fluid-structure coupling algorithm was adopted to numerically simulate the formation process of the rod-like jets produced by the cone-shaped charge with the molybdenum liner in the cases of different explosives,initiation modes and liner wall thicknesses.And the penetration processes of the rod-like jets were calculated.The calculated results were analyzed and verified by means of the X-ray experiments and the penetration experiments.The investigated results show that it is an effective way to increase the penetrated-hole diameters and improve the penetration properties by using molybdenum liners to produce rod-like jets.The explosive performances,initiation modes and liner wall thicknesses can remarkably affect the performances of the rod-like jets,which can ultimately influence the penetration abilities of them into targets.
