摘 要:在球形容器内进行了爆炸加载实验,结合理论分析、数值模拟,分析了入孔门等一些特殊用途的附件结构与应变增长的关系。研究发现:附件结构激励了与容器呼吸振动频率相近的振动,这些振动叠加导致容器出现明显应变增长;较明显的应变增长仅出现在应变波形的前期;球形容器壁应变的首峰不受应变增长影响;容器入孔门正对位置出现的应变增长现象最严重,应该重点监控。Real explosion vessels often contain some special-purpose accessory structures,such as manholes.A blast loading experiment was carried out for a spherical containment vessel to explore the relation between the strain growth in it and its accessory structures by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.The results indicate that the accessory structures can inspire the vibrations with the frequencies close to those of the breathing vibrations and the superposition of those vibrations leads to strain growth.Obvious strain growth only appears in the early stage of the strain waveform and the first strain peak of the spherical vessel is not affected by strain growth.The strain growth in the spherical vessel is the most serious at the positions opposite the manholes,which needs special attention.
