摘  要:为实现对高台阶抛掷爆破爆堆形态的动态预测,研究了爆堆形态与抛掷爆破参数(各排炸药单耗qi)之间的函数关系,将单排抛掷堆积分成上、下偏体和正体3个部分,基于质量守恒定律建立了高台阶抛掷爆破爆堆形态的分排Weibull分布预测模型,并开发了相应的预测程序。预测结果表明:当H≥35m时,能取得较好的预测效果;在爆堆起始点,预测爆堆高度普遍低于实测爆堆曲线;在煤层顶板预测爆堆堆积高度普遍高于实测爆堆曲线;预测爆堆曲线在靠近堆积起点处和台阶坡面处堆积轮廓线角度大于松散岩体堆积的自然安息角,应该对其进行修正。影响因子ki的选取对模型预测效果影响显著,其合理值的选取是个难点。To realize the dynamic prediction of the muckpile profiles of high bench cast blasting,this paper studied the functional relation between the muckpile profiles and the cast blasting parameters(powder factor qi of each row).The pile of each row was considered as three parts:upside,bottom and bulk.Based on the law of conservation of mass,the separated row Weibull distributing functional model was built to predict the muckpile profiles,and a predicted program for cast blasting muckpiles was also built.Prediction results show that:when H≥35m,the prediction is better;the predicted muckpile heights are lower than the measured ones at the start point of the muckpiles;the predicted muckpile heights are higher than the measured ones in the roof;and the predicted angle of the muckpile curve at the start point and the contour line of the bench at the slope is larger than the natural angle of the slope,which should be modified.The factor ki in the model can affect the predication results apparently and it is difficult to choose a reasonable ki.
