摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取‘古蜡梅’‘花蝴蝶’‘扬州黄’和‘111-1’中的精油,通过气相色谱--质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对精油成分进行分析,研究不同品种蜡梅花的精油产率及香气成分的差别。结果表明:不同品种蜡梅花精油得率存在差异,其中‘花蝴蝶’>‘扬州黄’>‘古蜡梅’>‘111-1’,并分离和鉴定出45、24、30和18种化学成分,萜烯类化合物和醇类化合物为蜡梅花精油中的重要组分,共有组分使得不同品种蜡梅花香气特征具有一定的相似性。The essential oils extracted by hydro distillation method from different varieties of wintersweet( Chimonanthus praecox) were analyzed by GC-MS. The yield and the fragrant components of the essential oils of four varieties,i. e.,‘Old-wintersweet',‘Huahudie',‘Yangzhouhuang',and ‘111-1',were studied. The results showed that the order of the yield of essential oils was ‘Huahudie'>‘Yangzhouhuang'>‘Old-wintersweet'>‘111-1'. The yield of essential oil from‘111-1'was much lower than that from the others. A total of 45,24,30,and 18 components were identified from the four varieties, respectively. Terpenoid compounds and alcohol compounds were the most important components of essential oils. And the components in common made the aroma characteristics of the different varieties of wintersweet similar.
