摘 要:优化溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米羟基磷灰石工艺,试验中添加分散剂聚乙二醇,溶胶经超声震荡、离心洗涤等处理,然后干燥、煅烧,得到纳米羟基磷灰石粉体。通过对产物的XRD、FTIR、SEM及TEM测试,分析其物相组成、颗粒尺寸及微观形态,并经过动物实验来验证其生物安全性。结果表明:该方法制备的纳米羟基磷灰石颗粒细小,添加聚乙二醇并对溶胶进行超声分散可减少纳米羟基磷灰石颗粒的团聚,粉体分散较为均匀,且不影响成分组成。动物实验证明其不致溶血性,在体内无毒、无刺激,具有良好的生物安全性。The process of prepare nanohydroxyapatite by sol-gel method was optimized in this study.The sol was processed with adding dispersant polyethylene glycol,ultrasound concuss and centrifugal washing.Then the nanosized hydroxyapatite powder was obtained after drying and calcinations.The derived powder was characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM and TEM to analyze its phase composition,particle size and microstructure,then its biological safety was tested by the animal experiments.The results indicated that the nanohydroxyapatite particles prepared by this method had fine particle size and the agglomeration of nanohydroxyapatite particles should be reduced by adding polyethylene glycol and ultrasonic dispersion.The prepared powder was well-distributed and its composition was not affected.Animal experiments proved it's no hemolytic,non-toxic,no stimulation and biological safety.
