摘  要:为了更全面了解电弧等离子体热传输行为,建立了VAR过程电弧等离子体区的有限元模型,对电弧区电磁场、流场和温度场行了交互耦合,对电弧等离子体区的热传输行为进行了数值模拟,同时深入分析和讨论了熔滴掉落不同阶段电弧区的温度分布规律。结果表明:电弧区最高温度位于阳极熔池表面的中心部位;掉落的熔滴对整个电弧区温度场产生扭曲作用,但其本身没有受到电弧过热行为的影响;由于合金成分不均所造成的难熔金属掉块和低熔点金属掉落,对熔池表面的温度分布影响较大。A three-dimensional mathematical model was developed to simulate the thermal transfer phenomena of arc plasma occurring during the vacuum arc remelting process.The interactive coupling among electromagnetic field,fluid field and temperature field all were considered by using ANSYS software.A thorough investigation of arc region temperature distribution influenced by detaching droplet during the VAR process was conducted.The results show that the maximum temperature of arc region is located at the center of molten pool surface.The temperature distribution of arc region can be dramatically distorted by the detaching droplet,which is not affected in the arc overheat circumstance.The refractory metal block and low-melting metal detaching caused by non-uniform alloying composition have significant effects on the temperature distribution of the molten pool surface.
