摘  要:采用有限元分析对20CrMnMo钢淬火热应力场和温度场数值模拟研究。考虑了材料性能随温度变化的特性。基于温度场求解时对材料热物性参数取值、初始条件、边界条件、潜热等处理,对试样进行了温度场和应力场计算分析。结果表明,在淬火冷却过程中,表面温降速率较快,表面与心部存在较大的温差;温度的变化使表面承受压应力而心部承受拉应力,组织转变最终使表面承受拉应力而心部承受压应力。The quenching process of a cylindrical specimen of 20CrMnMo steel was studied by the finite element analysis method,the stress field and the temperature field were studied. The characteristics of the material properties changing with temperature have been considered,material thermo physical parameters based on the temperature field has been used. The special method has been used to deal with latent heat,the principles of the initial conditions,boundary condition,temperature and stress field calculation have been analysed. The results shows that in the quenching process,the surface temperature drops rapidly,there is a large temperature difference between surface and center,as the temperature changes,the surface withstands compressive stress and the heart is in tensile stress condition,as the microstructure changes,the surface withstands tensile stress while the heart withstands compressive stress.
