摘 要:研究了二元渣系ANF-6(70%CaF2-30%Al2O3)、三元渣系ANF-8(60%CaF2-20%Al2O3-20%CaO)以及四元渣系(60%CaF2-20%Al2O3-10%CaO-10%MgO)和五元渣系(40%CaF2-20%Al2O3-10%CaO-10%MgO-20%SiO2)对42CrMoA曲轴钢电渣过程夹杂物变化的影响,分析了钢中非金属夹杂物的形成热力学条件.结果表明:实验用二元、三元、四元和五元渣系脱氧率分别为64%、50%、76%和28%.通过控制精炼渣的成分来控制夹杂物的数量、形态以及组成是可行的.理论分析与实验表明,电渣重熔过程只满足了Al2O3夹杂生成的热力学条件,其他夹杂是在凝固过程中形成的.The effects of ESR refining slag systems ( 70% CaF2-30% Al2O3,60% CaF2-20% Al2O3-20% CaO ,60%CaF2-20%Al2O3-10%CaO-10%MgO and 40% CaF2-20% Al2O3-10% CaO-10% MgO-20% SiO2)on the oxygen content and non-metallic inclusions of the remelted crankshaft steel ( 42CrMoA) were investigated.The results showed that when the different refining slags were adopted,the deoxidization ratios were 64%,50%,76% and 28% respectively.It believed that to control the amount,shape and composition of the non-metallic inclusion by controlling the compositions of the refining slag is feasible.Through the experiment and the theoretical analysis,it was found that only the thermodynamial condition for formation of Al2O3 was satisfied during the process of ESR.The other inclusions were generated on the process of cooling and crystallization of the steel.
