摘  要:采用工业原料通过铜模喷铸法制备了(Fe7.2B24Nb4)100-x Er x(x=3.0、4.0、4.5、5.0、6.0、7.0)块状非晶合金系,采用X射线衍射仪、DSC差示热量扫描仪研究了稀土元素Er对该非晶合金系热稳定性、玻璃形成能力的影响.结果表明:稀土元素Er的添加明显提高了样品的非晶形成能力,Er含量(摩尔分数)为5.0%时成功制备出直径为5 mm的(Fe72B24Nb4)95Er5块状非晶,该非晶合金具有较高的热稳定性,抗晶化能力较强,其晶化激活能分别达到382.8、539.5、680.8 kJ/mol.( Fe72 B24 Nb4)100-x Erx( x = 3.0、4.0、4.5、5.0、6.0、7.0) system bulk amorphous alloys were produced by using the raw materials of industrial grade purity through copper mould casting.X-ray diffractometer ( XRD) ,differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) were employed to characterize the glass forming ability,thermal stability of the amorphous alloys .The experimental results showed that the glass forming ability of the Fe-B-Nb-Er system amorphous alloys was improved by increasing content of the rare earth element Er ; A sample of 5 mm was obtained when mole fraction of Er was 5.0%.The thermal stabilities of Fe-B-Nb-Er system amorphous alloy was high.The activation energies of the amorphous alloys were 382.8 kJ/mol、539.5 kJ/mol、680.8 kJ/mol respectively.
