摘  要:在半固态金属坯料感应二次加热过程中和过程结束时,坯料中的温度水平及分布均匀性是触变成形成败的关键.本文分析了感应加热条件下影响坯料温度的因素,建立了坯料感应加热温度变化数学模型,根据推导出的感应加热温度分布解析解,利用MATLAB软件进行编程计算,模拟研究了加热功率和加热频率对坯料温度分布和所需加热时间的影响,确定了合理的加热工艺.In the process and the process end of induction reheating of semi-solid metal billet,the temperature distribution uniformity of the semi-solid metal billet is the key to thixoform.In this paper,the factors affecting billet temperature in the induction heating were discussed,and a heating mathematical model predicting the billet temperature was established.From the derived analytical solutions for the billet temperature distribution in induction reheating,the MATLAB programs were developed to simulate the induction heating process.The effects of the heating power and the heating frequency on the billet temperature distribution and the required heating time were analyzed by the numerical simulation,and an advisable heating scheme was determined by the authors.
