摘 要:提出基于MATLAB、Microsoft SQL Server和VB.NET混合编程的相对差距和法。在民船动员的过程中,得到一个任务后,需要快速的选择一条适合的改装船舶。利用VB.NET作为程序设计语言,Microsoft SQLServer数据库存放船舶数据,MATLAB对船舶的参数进行大量的计算,结合MATLAB、Microsoft SQL Server与VB.NET这3种工具的优势,通过三者的混合编程实现利用相对差距和法快速选择改装船舶。通过实例证明该方法是可行的、快速的。A decision-making algorithm for the optimization of the ship is presented in this paper,which is based on the summation of relative difference.It is very important to find out a suitable ship from the alternative civil ships to adopt into a ship with specified function in the wartime.Due to the complexity of the ship conversion,a better decision for the ship selection will simplify the process of the conversion,which can reduce the consumption of time and resources.A decision support system is established to select the most suitable ship based on the conversion requirement.The decision support system is produced in VB.NET.MATLAB and Microsoft SQL Server database are used to perform the calculation process of the summation of relative difference and store the information data of the alterative ships,respectively.An example is completed in the decision support system,and the simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.
