摘　　要：文章设计的4600HP钻井绞车用减速器是专门用于新研发的12000m自升式海洋平台。该减速器设计为平行轴式减速器,设有两套传动系统,在减速器两个中间轴上分别装有液压湿式离合器,通过离合器的离合及制动功能,使减速器实现快速换档。整个减速器结构紧凑,运行可靠。This paper designs a new reducer for 4600HP drilling winch which is used for 12000m self-elevating drilling rigs. This reducer is parallel shaft form and has two sets of transmission system. Both intermediate shafts have a hydraulic wet clutch. Reducer can quickly shift the gear through changing the clutch's disengagement and engagement. It shows that the reducer is reliable.
