摘 要:为了了解顶管施工过程中由于顶推力作用对沉井后背土体的扰动情况,加强安全控制,通过对某大直径平行顶管工程施工过程中沉井后背土体的内力和位移变化特征进行了监测和分析,得出可根据后背土体内部土压力的相对大小变化特征对顶管推进沿线不同区段土体的疏密软硬情况作出定性推断;根据后背土体深层水平位移的变化特点,并结合对应的土压力变化特征,可以得出后背土体的临界破坏点,并可实时了解后背土体的稳定状态。提出了应在后背土体滑动面附近设立竖向位移监测点的建议,证明了顶管施工过程中对后背土体扰动监测的必要性。Combined with a large-diameter parallel pipe jacking project passing under a river in Jiangsu Province,China,field monitoring about the soil behind the reaction wall of open caisson( SBRWOC) is carried out during pipe jacking construction,including earth pressure and lateral displacement of SBRWOC. It is concluded that the density of the soil along with the pipeline can be deuced according to the earth pressure of SBRWOC,which changes with advancing of the pipe jacking construction. The stability of SBRWOC can be predicted according to the monitoring data about the earth pressure and lateral displacement of SBRWOC. It is proposed that the vertical displacement near the sliding surface of SBRWOC should also be monitored in the pipe jacking construction. It shows that it's very necessary to monitor the SBRWOC while pipe jacking is conducted.
