摘 要:目前软土地区地下空间开发中建筑基坑工程规模及难度不断提升,基坑设计和施工风险也越来越高。在信息化施工监测与预测预报方面,变形监测实施和定量分析已取得较多成果,但目前存在周边环境巡视监测手段偏少、风险源识别判断不足的情况。通过提出巡视监测具体技术方法与要点,综合采用多种无损检测设备,可有效提高变形巡视监测工作质量。对大量基坑工程实例巡视监测结果开展分析研究,归纳总结巡视监测风险源识别的临界值,组成合理的判断条件,同时建立黄色、橙色与红色的风险源识别预警处置机制,可快速圈定危险隐患点和切实提高风险源识别能力,充分发挥周边环境巡视监测指导基坑安全施工的作用。The pit design risk and construction risk are continuously upgraded due to the size and the difficulty rising of the construction pit project during the underground space development in soft soil area nowadays. In aspect of informatization of construction monitoring and forecasting,achievements are already made in the deformation monitoring execution and quantitative analysis; however,there are inadequate tools available for surrounding environment monitoring and inadequate judgment on risk source identification. This paper proposes the specific patrol monitoring technical methods and key points by using multiple nondestructive testing equipments to improve the quality of the deformation patrol monitoring effectively. The patrol monitoring results from large amount of pit engineering examples are examined,and the patrol monitoring risk source recognition criteria are identified,which can be used in combination to establish the early warning mechanism of yellow,orange,and red risk levels,it can be used to provide potential risks rapidly and improve effectively the risk identification capabilities,for fully developing the surrounding environment patrol monitoring to guide the safe pit construction.
