摘 要:分析了电子电能表可靠性评估技术的发展现状及存在的问题,提出可靠性预计与可靠性加速试验是两种评估电能表可靠性的重要技术手段,并分别就两类可靠性评估技术的实现方法、特点及局限性展开讨论。结合电能表自身的技术特点及可靠性评估技术要求,本文提出基于元器件应力法的可靠性预计与基于加速寿命试验和加速退化试验相结合的可靠性试验是开展电子式电能表可靠性评估的最实用、最具理论价值和工程应用价值的技术方法。The paper introduces the present situation and problems in reliability evaluation research of electrical me-ters, and proposes that the reliability prediction and reliability accelerating testing are two important technologies for reliability assessment of electrical meters, of which the realization methods, peculiarity and limitation are discussed. Based on the technical features of meters and the requirements of reliability evaluation technology, the reliability pre-diction based on component stress method and reliability test combining accelerated life testing with accelerated degra-dation testing are proposed, which are the most valuable methods applied in reliability evaluation of electrical meters in theoretical and practical engineering.
