摘  要:按照智能电网建设的总体要求,本文从实际应用的角度出发,分析目前集抄系统、预付费系统的应用现状,提出适合于未来小区改造与建设的智能电网互动式计量技术系统解决方案,该方案设计涵盖从用电信息采集系统,支持多渠道缴费的收费系统,智能无线采集器,智能电能表,智能交互终端及信息安全加密技术等技术和产品。系统设计具有多项技术创新,该系统方案的实施能实现智能电网的互动计量。According to the general requirements of the strong and smart grid;guaranteeing the promotion of smart grid construction specification in an orderly manner, achieving the overall objective of the electricity-user information col-lection system construction,“full coverage, whole collection, pre-paid”. This article, from the perspective of practi-cal application, analyzes the problems in the current meter reading system, in the applications of pre-paid system, and in the field application, and proposes technical solutions to future residential renovation and construction of the smart grid metering. The solutions, based on acquisition system of the advanced units within the CSG Company, refer-ring to other units’ metering technical standards, drawing on advanced experience from peers, and combining the ac-tual needs of future electricity-users, provides users with several methods of payment, such as online pre-order power, bank ATM machines, business offices, self-service payment machines in residential district, and satisfies their need that low-voltage users could inquire electricity information by themselves. In this way, the proposed technical solutions could not only facilitate users in inquiring for detailed power-consumption information, eliminate economic disputes on ambiguous power-consumption information, but also modernize the management and service level of power sector, and lay the foundation for the construction of intelligent home.
