摘 要:电力器具检测管理系统建设的总体目标是建立一套基于信息技术手段之上的,以系统化的管理思想为基础的,为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。系统总体结构设计主要采用结构化设计和快速原形化设计相结合的方法,以计算机网络和数据库作为技术支撑,结合电力器具检测过程中的实际要求,对系统功能进行了模块化设计,对系统数据类型进行了科学的分类,同时为将来系统功能进行的功能扩充进行了周全的冗余设计。系统具备权限分配管理功能,通过权限管理可对不同业务流程中的环节进行精细跟踪监控,实现流程可视化。通过系统的建立,对电力仪器设备的检定和管理实现电子化、流程化、标准化,从而提高工作效率,规范管理过程,降低企业的人力和物力成本。The overall goal of designing the power equipment monitoring and management system which is based on in-formation technology, systematic management idea as the foundation, is to provide a management platform of decision-making for the enterprise users. Methods of structured design and fast-transformed build the system framework. With the technical support of pc network and database technology, the system can meet the actual demand of the process precisely. For the future system upgrade redundancy design is also built in during the development. On the other hand authority management is integrated which can give the surveillance on each pace and makes a process visible as well. Through the establishment of the system, the verification and sample management can be done with a universal regula-tion, which can improve the work efficiency and speed up management process, and also reduce the costs.
