摘 要:详细分析了目前配电网线路绝缘状态监测现状,并针对线路绝缘参数测量误差大、测量信号微弱且易被外界电磁干扰的问题,提出了一种通过记录现场单相接地故障数据或者人为单相接地实验来测量电缆绝缘参数的方法。该方法无需增加注入信号设备,被测量变化明显,采用基于调制技术的基频信号提取方法,结合过渡带很窄的切比雪夫低通滤波器,有效的抑制了故障信号中的非周期分量和谐波分量,不需要对噪声参数在线估计,能够精确计算出每条馈线的对地参数。实验结果表明,故障接地电阻、故障相初始相位角以及故障距离对测量结果影响小,能在各种接地方式下实现配电网馈线的绝缘状态在线监视。After analyzing the status of line insulation condition monitoring in domestic and oversea power distribution network in detail,the problems that cable insulation parameters measurement error is relatively large,measured signal is weakness and vulnerable to external electromagnetic interference are revealed.The paper propose a method of recording the scene data of single-line-ground(SLG) fault or performing experiments of SLG artificially to measure the parameters of cable insulation.It not only do not need to increase the injected signal devices,but also can measure parameters slight change significantly.By adopting the method of modulation technology,the fundamental frequency signal is extracted.And combining Chebyshev Low-Pass Filter with narrow transition region,the aperiodic component and harmonic components of fault signal is effectively suppressed without estimating the noise parameters.Therefore,it is able to calculate the every feeder-ground insulation parameters accurately.Experiments show that the proposed method is immune to fault resistance,fault initial phase angle and fault distance,and it can be applied to different grounding methods of distribution power network.
