摘 要:近年来,风电发展迅速。单一风电机组对电网的影响有限,然而大规模风电接入地区电网对电网电压的影响就不可忽略。风电机组内部动态特性较为复杂,用电网分析常用的机电暂态仿真程序(BPA)不能仿真其内部的详细动态,而电磁暂态仿真程序(PSCAD)则可以详细描述风电机组的特性,但由于我国缺少电磁暂态仿真数据,对于外部电网需进行BPA到PSCAD模型转换,这部分建模工作量巨大,且意义不大。本文提出一种基于实际电网BPA数据的外网等值结合PSCAD进行地区电网详细建模仿真风电接入影响的方法,可简单有效地仿真外部电网对地区电网的影响,解决了仿真准确度和工作量的矛盾。该方法应用于福建电网风电接入项目分析,取得了很好的效果。In recent years,there has being a rapid development of wind power. The influence of single wind turbine on the grid is limited,however,the impact of large amount of wind power integration into power system on the voltage could not be ignored. The characteristic of internal dynamics of wind turbine is complicated,as a result,it could not be simulated by electromechanical transient simulation soft( BPA). Therefore,it is difficult to simulate the effect of wind power accurately. Electromagnetic transient simulation program( PSCAD) could simulate the influence,but because of the lack of data of electromagnetic simulation,it is necessary to transform BPA to PSCAD.However,the modelling work for the external power grid is enormous and meaningless. In this paper,external network is equivalent based on the BPA data of actual grid combined with PSCAD which could simulate the effect of wind power. This method could simulate the influence effectively. It is a good solution to imbalance the simulation accuracy and workload. At the same time it has been effectively used in the analysis of wind power integration into actual wind projects of Fujian power grid and has achieved very good results.
