摘　　要：为了获得一定的强度和韧性,石油钻杆需经过淬火、高温回火等调质处理。本调质线电气控制系统采用西门子S7-300 PLC作为数据采集与控制中心,上位机采用WinCC组态软件进行实时监控。从硬件组态、程序块的建立、软件编程、监控画面几个方面进行阐述该系统。系统自投入运行以来,性能稳定,可靠性高,控制方便、灵活。In order to achieve a certain strength and toughness,Drill pipe need to be quenched and high-temperature tempered. The tempering line electric control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and WinCC was discussed by the hardware configuration,program block building,software programming and monitoring picture. Since put into operation,the system runs steadily,high reliability,easy to control and flexible.
