摘　　要：本文研究了水果在冰箱存储过程中失鲜的特征气味成分,选择合适的气味传感器,并对其进行优化改进,研究出适应冰箱环境的气味检测模块。根据水果失鲜特征气味成分的变化规律,对气味检测模块进行软件编程,开发出了具有水果气味检测功能的冰箱。通过四批草莓样品的试验检测,冰箱气味检测模块水果失鲜检测准确率达100%。This paper researches the characteristic odor of fruits storied in refrigerator when it loss fresh, then chooses the suitable smell sensors and optimal designed,devises the module use for detection order.According to the changed regulation of the characteristic odor of loss fresh fruits,and programmed software,we developed the refrigerator which has the function to detection the fruit odor odorants.Through test the four batches of strawberry samples,the accuracy rate which the odor detection module of refrigerator detection the fruit when loss fresh is 100%.
