浅谈空调室外机隔音板对换热流场的影响

摘　　要：组成分体式空调室外机风道的构件包括冷凝器、底板、顶盏、前板、隔音板等,传统设计认为隔音板的主要功能是隔离压缩机室噪声。本文运用计算流体动力学办法CFD对空调室外机内部气流流场进行数值模拟,优化隔音板设计方案,提高整机换热性能,完善设计。The air flow channel of an outdoor-unit of split type air-conditioners including condenser,floor board,roof board,front board,sound insulation board,etc.,the main functions of the traditional design think the sound insulation board is to sound-prool the compressor room's noise.In this paper,by utilizing the method of computed Fluid Dynamics(CFD) to simulate the internal air flow field of the air-conditioner,we optimize the sound insulation board design,and improve the design performance of air flow channel.
